With no sign of the upturned trouser leg trend folding any time soon, trouser lengths remain at least an inch shorter, leaving ankles exposed. Most are content to air their black or grey socks, but why not take this opportunity to inject a hint of colour into your look? A brightly patterned or striped pair of socks is the perfect complement to dark slim jeans and a pair of brogues. While sock brand favourites Paul Smith and Missoni are not always that affordable or easy to come by, Happy Socks fill the gap nicely.
