St. Ali has teamed up with the cocktail mix-masters of Der Raum (voted third best cocktail bar in the world, 2009) for a one night only degustation dinner combining those finer things in life: good food, great coffee and award-winning cocktails.

St Ali’s executive chef Ben Cooper will be bringing the favours of modern South East Asian cuisine to the table, complimented by Der Raum’s executive bartender, Matthew Bax’s collection of specialised and unique cocktails. Be prepared for marinated lamb rack married with a cigar and coffee-infused tipple, hinting at chocolate.

The combinations promise to be very intriguing indeed. It looks like we won’t have to decide between a nightcap or a coffee to finish.
