This Monday, Albert St Food & Wine will hold a Market Day to let its local members experience first-hand the products used in that delicious Albert St cuisine. Cheese maker Richard Thomas will hold a cheese master classes and there will also be a cooking demonstration by Albert St's own Phillipa Sibley. June 18 will also see the launch of the Albert St Online Store, which will mean that even foodies from out of town can order their favourite products.
Several tastings will be on offer from producers, including Albert St Food & Wine’s own range of comestibles, a variety of Calendar Cheese, salami and chorizo from Savour and Grace, bocconcini from That’s Amore, marinated olives and EVO oil from Mount Zero, the Ciao Vino Italian range from Distillery Works, wine from Bibendum Wines and Payton Vignerons, and beer from Trumer Pils Beer.
