Cavallero on Smith Street is putting on a special lamb dinner to mark the end of spring.

The highly anticipated event will include a butcher demonstration featuring Plains Paddock high quality organic lamb with a three course set menu. Bookings are a must for this delicious event.

Butchery demonstration 7pm.
Dinner 7.30pm.
