The Marks family is synonymous with the Yarra Valley and with creating exceptional quality wines. Ian and June Marks began their vineyard site, Gembrook Hill in 1983. Considered by many as the pacesetter in the Yarra Valley region.

Their son Andrew has developed his own label, The Wanderer which uses low yielding vineyards and minimal processing to preserve the vineyard's natural goodness.

Executive chef, Philippa Sibley warmly invites The Marks family to an intimate Il Fornaio setting; designing a classic bistro menu to complement each drop.
