Pencil in June 27 for a royal inspired dinner prepared the culinary event makers, Bright Young Things at Friends of Mine. As part of the Roast Collection of The Melbourne Food and Wine Festival, these kitchen innovators have crafted a wintry four-course feast with the best regional produce.
The special roast will be complimented with grand Muscats, family cellar reds and local wines selected by winemaker Nicholas Brown from the castle of All Saints Estate.
