Post-pop favourites Animal Collective bring their hypnotic live show to Melbourne for a one night spellbinder this January.

With ten years, ten albums and an ever-evolving sound, the Baltimore natives have reached new levels of imagination and immediacy on their recently released Centipede Hz. The deeply textured album experiments with an assortment of peculiar samples, from advertising snippets to broadcast static, delivering a rich and saturated sound. The first studio album since 2007’s Strawberry Jam to feature all four original members, Avey Tare, Panda Bear, Geologist and Deakin, the unrelenting record is sure to translate into some powerful live performances.
