Tudor Cinema sounds like Northern Ireland's equivalent of The Jam Factory, where kids go to hang-out and make-out on the weekends. When one of Two Doors Cinema Club's band members mispronounced the cinema's name as a fourteen year-old, the name stuck. Fast-track a decade and the band's casual approach to their music took a turn. Interest in their MySpace page was getting out of hand, so the trio decided to give-up uni, and concentrate on recording their debut album, Tourist History.
