New Gods are hardly strangers to the stage. In fact, you’re more than likely to recognise a familiar face or two. Dominic Byrne and Adrian Beltrame are refugees of the now-defunct Little Red, bassist Richard Bradbeer is most often spotted amongst the Eagle and the Worm mob, and Dale Packard has played keys with the Ground Components.
From their disparate beginnings they have managed to find each other and evolve their new sound inspired by the likes of Neil Young, Brian Wilson and Ariel Pink’s Haunted Graffiti.
As part of their Australian tour, New Gods will stop by the Northcote Social Club to celebrate the release of their self-titled EP with both new friends and old.
